Delete in the EzyCrop app
Open Profile, then Settings and Account & security.
Choose Delete account, review the impact, and confirm the email verification code.
The app signs out active sessions and removes the account from connected devices when deletion completes.
Store subscriptions are separate
Deleting your EzyCrop account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. To avoid future renewal charges, manage or cancel it in the store before deleting your account.
Request deletion outside the app
Email support@ezycrop.shop from the address used for your EzyCrop account. Use the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Do not send your password, one-time verification codes, Wi-Fi credentials, or device secrets.
What is deleted
Account credentials, active sessions, profile details, device ownership associations, saved posts, browsing history, and direct identifiers attached to community activity are deleted or de-identified.
Limited data we retain
Security, fraud-prevention, moderation, appeal, and audit records may be retained with restricted access when required to protect users, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. They are not kept for advertising.
