Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an EzyCrop account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. If the law where you live requires a higher age or permission from a parent or guardian, that requirement also applies.
Your account
Use an email address you can access and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Gardens and connected services
EzyCrop can connect to compatible hydroponic gardens, display sensor and device status, and send commands you choose. Device readings and recommendations are informational and may be affected by calibration, connectivity, water conditions, or other environmental factors. Follow the product safety instructions and inspect your garden before acting on a recommendation.
Community content
You may share growing experiences and ask questions. Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not post illegal, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, privacy-invasive, or infringing material.
Service changes
We may update features to improve reliability, safety, security, or legal compliance. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated through the app, email, or another appropriate notice.
Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or comply with law. You can request account deletion in the app or from the public Account deletion page.
