This policy explains how EzyCrop handles information when you create an account, connect a garden, participate in the community, or contact support.
Minimum-age confirmation
Account creation requires you to confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We store the fact and time of that confirmation. We do not require your date of birth for this check.
Information you provide
We process account email, profile details, posts, comments, photos, support messages, moderation reports, appeals, and information you choose to include in garden journals or activities.
Device and app information
We process app version, platform, installation and session identifiers, connected garden identifiers, firmware version, sensor readings, device status, command history, diagnostics, and approximate network or location context when needed for permissions such as Wi-Fi provisioning. We do not use precise location for advertising.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate accounts, connect and operate gardens, show device status, deliver notifications, provide community features, recommend relevant content, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, measure reliability, and improve the product.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers only when needed to operate infrastructure, deliver email, store files, diagnose failures, or provide requested product capabilities. They are required to handle information only for those purposes and under appropriate safeguards.
Retention, choices, and deletion
You can update profile details, manage notifications and recommendation preferences, block users, remove saved content, and request account deletion. Account identifiers and profile data are deleted or de-identified, sessions are revoked, and device ownership associations are removed. Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation, appeal, and audit records may be retained when needed to protect users, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
